Our investment portfolio comprises prime high street retail, hotel and restaurant, motor trade, banking and offices principally in the south and east of the U.K. and the Channel Isles. In addition we have a number of commercial and residential development projects.
The Company operates with a small multi-skilled in-house team and a small team of outside professionals with whom our working relationships go back many years. With a combined pool of decades of experience, we are bound together by our interest and ardent enthusiasm for all types of property and the U.K. property market generally.
With a current net worth of some £77 million, the Company funds all acquisitions and developments from its own cash resources. We favour affluent market towns and provincial cities, including for example Ayr in Scotland, south to Chichester and Winchester, east to Norwich, Ipswich, Bury St. Edmunds and Colchester.
